Laing O'Rourke interview questions

I was picked by the people's adviser and was done one formal interview before joining with the management. Easy enrolment and onboarding process. Mainly asked on my previous experience in construction.

Standardised and efficient process which gave me the opportunity to investigate the company culture in more detail. There were also some salary discussion in the second interview. I got the impression that the job would be hard work but fulfilling.
