It included group and individual tasks, questions about experience and skills, and requests for examples of these skills, as well as questions such as why I want to join the company. The process was straightforward.

It was online one way, you had 3 attempts for each question and I think 2-3 minutes for preparation. The questions were straight forward and generic, there were three questions, one being tell me about yourself, hobbies, achievements, awards etc.
Application online waited a few weeks for response. Online interview pre recorded had three questions to answer and record your response about the company and the role. And the next stage was an assessment centre
