Interview
Preliminary round to test overall fitment, tech round to understand subject matter competency then issuance of offer letter. The process was smooth and everyone was cooperative. Be your self, things would be in your favour.

The KPMG interview process was a well-structured and enriching experience. It began with an aptitude assessment, testing logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and communication skills. This was followed by a technical round that focused on my domain knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a few case-based questions. The HR round was conversational, with questions about my background, motivation, and cultural fit. Throughout, the interviewers were professional, warm, and encouraging, making it a smooth experience. It gave me great exposure to how global firms assess candidates and helped me understand my own strengths better.

How would you explain a complex problem to a client who has no technical background?
2 round of interview, One with mid level HR manager and one with senior HR leader. The interview was then concluded. They do not offer stipend. The role was remote majorly with occasional travel.
