Two-round back to back, all behavioral. Interviewers were extremely nice, basically asked me to walk through resume, discuss my college career thus far. It was supposed to be 30 minutes each but it was more like 45.
FIT/motivational interview in groups of six, quick to get back. Something like a focus group. Application, online assessment then interview. This is for internship. . . . . . . . . . . . .. .. . . . . . .
The interview process involved an online application, followed by a situational judgement test and a video interview. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre, which included group tasks and a final interview.
