Interview
An HR called to understand my background and check if there is a match between the expectations and what I bring to the table. Post a telephonic round with the HR, a technical round happened on phone followed by a face to face with an AD. After a 30 minutes discussion with the AD, met the Director too on the same day. Post that, the HR fixed a schedule for a telephonic round with the director sitting in the US. Spent 1 hour wih her on phone and finally the HR discussed the salary details and made me an offer.

Very smooth process, I was an experienced hire. Got quizzed on my CV and past experiences, how I can add value to the firm and how my values align with firms values. Some technical questions, and some competency questions. Overall the process took little over 1 month, as they have background checks after you accept the offer.
