I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KFC (Adélaïde) in Jan 2016
Interview
It was very casual, it was all mainly on availability and how many hours and shifts I would get IF I got the job... And the interviewer was very friendly. Although, when they told me they would call me at 10am the next morning, they didn't and 7.5 hours later I got an email saying that I was not suitable...
They ask you to wait and sit down. Don't forget to smile. They said that he'll contact me within one week. He was taking notes of all my answers and asked my availability
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at KFC (Sydney) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied online and was emailed back two days later with a date and time for an interview. An employee came out and we sat in a little booth. I was handed a sheet that had all the details I had filled out on the online application to confirm that all the details were correct, and the interviewer then ran through a set of prepared questions. Each answer was given a mark out of three (the interviewer would circle the mark after I answered the question). Overall very casual, simple and very fast. I was told that the manager would contact me within a week and I got emailed within two days congratulating me and there was then asked to fill in forms, uniform sizes etc.
