KFC Customer Service Team Member interview questions

It wasn’t too formal or intimidating. The manager asked me to bring my school academic report and resume. It went for about 15-20minutes. He also asked if I expected to stay for a long time, or was simply seeking a short term role. It was extremely useful for me to have some background knowledge of the KFC menu, because it showed I had some sort of awareness of the company.

Had to do a quiz online and fill in personal details, then received an email saying that I had been invited to have an interview in the store restaurant where I was asked multiple questions and then afterwards I was asked to give my avalibility! I was then called a few days later to say I got the job and had to go in a few days later to sign papers and get my uniform!
