Interview
Telephone conference call with the facility's operations supervisor and his counterpart in another city. We went over my resume, they asked about me and my background, was presented with some inter-personal skills scenarios, and we wrapped up a 20+ question technical battery. The interviewer openly answered my specific questions about the position (schedule, travel, etc.). The whole telephone call took about 45 minutes.
