Asked details about everything on my resume and details about major college projects as well as any projects I do on my own time. Asked questions about vocabulary that is often used there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KBR (Clearfield, UT) in Sep 2019
Interview
I received a screening phone call from there corporate office in Alabama. The questions were very simple and mainly about my experiences at my current position. Much of the conservation was about the job position I applied for in Clearfield, UT. After the phone call we set up an in person interview with the engineering manager and the person would have been my immediate boss. The in person interview was 90% the interviewers telling me about benefits and that I was overqualified. They only asked about things I had designed. No technical questions.
The interview process was not that difficult in comparison to some of the other companies I interviewed with. The interviewers were amicable and fairly easy to talk to. After a small amount of preparation, I trust the vast majority of candidates would feel confident.
