Interview consisted of three telephone interviews and one on-site interview at the KBR headquarters.
I was flown at KBR expense to the on-site interview, which lasted over three hours and was conducted by seven people in different areas of the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Demonstrate practical knowledge of understanding of operations for the examples provided by the company during the interview.
Very very easy to do and convenient and confident with interviews and relaxing and it when great with the interesting questions that where asked and able to answer with ease
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at KBR (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Scheduling process was a frustrating, hiring board could not agree upon a time which led to multiple reschedules.
Hiring manager made no mention of first communication/interview being a technical interview.
Extreme long response time post interview (>5 weeks), after multiple follow up emails.
Follow up email consisted of "The position has be reformatted and reposted and will be posted 'Today'", no other information or context.
2 weeks from receiving that email the "Position" is still not posted.
Ghosted after position "to be reposted" email.
Engineer Interviewers were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable when speaking on the phone but that lack of communication post interview left an extremely bad taste.
