I applied online. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was fun!! A lot of information about the company and the responsibility in all different rules! As well they asked how we would feel in the different positions and how we would act in each case.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inditex (Athènes, , Attique) in May 2018
Interview
We were a group of 15 people in total. In the first interview the HR showed us 2 videos about the company (both can be found on Inditex Careers website). Then, we went to another room with a large circular table and another woman described us what we were about to do. We filled a request with our contact and personal information, our studies, our availability and the shops that are of interest to us. Which position we are interested in, if we have a vehicle, if we have worked again in the retailing or in the company. When someone was done with the completion of the "resume" they were standing up and there were this woman and two other girls (store managers) who personally asked each one of us and confirming what we have written. (Pretty much whispering so that we weren’t be heard by the rest). Finally they asked, "What do you think makes you unique?". Then,we were free to go.
Later in the day, I received an email about the second interview and that mail said “bring a piece of paper (A4) with a picture of a free subject from the Internet which describes what makes you unique”.
A few days later we went there, again as group, the HR showed us another video (about employers’ first day of work-again, this can be found on the site) and they described us better the roles and positions we’re applying, as long as the salaries and our benefits if working there. Then we moved to another room and each one of us had to show our picture and describe it to everyone in the room. (The HR who was there and was talking to us, and the other 3 girls from the first interview, too Then, the HR confirmed again our “CV” from the other day and asked if we want to add something. Then she said that some of us our going to be contacted sooner than others. And we were free to go.
Later in the day I received an email about “our position are filled in and they doesn’t match with your application”. Which isn’t true because I have showed interest in every position, every store and every time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online, they called me on the following day asking if I could go to a group interview that week. They started with some questions about the company - brands; what makes Inditex different from other retail companies; specific questions about costumers' experience in stores.
Then we watched a video and after that they split the group in 4, and we were attributed a "job position", we had to discuss what would be the tasks and after that make a presentation in front of everybody. The Recruiter was watching us during the discussion and asked some questions during the presentation. It's a very relaxed environment but if you're a shy and quiet person it can be easy to not be noticed, as other people will speak loud and share their experiences, I think those were the ones chosen.
Didn't get the job, received an e-mail 2 weeks later saying they will keep my details and may contact me in 6 months.
