I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in Sep 2015
Interview
A group interview in the form of activities related to fashion and selling skills, if successfully passed then this is followed by the interview in the given or chosen store or just directly placed in the store without any further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inditex (Londres, Angleterre) in May 2018
Interview
Sent application, got phone call half an hour later with an invite to the group interview in a few days. Was an easy interview, just remember to dress appropriately, be outgoing and social, and LEARN ABOUT THE COMPANY. There is so much information about what sets Inditex apart, for example their marketing strategy, but surprisingly over half of the people in the room (30-ish) did not know ANYTHING about the company. Embarrassing. Please come prepared and it will be easy.
