HubSpot Project Manager interview questions

First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then met with the recruiter before the interview to go over the scope of the role again, then 3 individuals from the team from various positions with in the company; somewhat difficult questions, friendly staff, great campus.

30-minute phone screen, then two in-person interviews. Overall, the recruiters were fantastic to work with, it was a well-oiled machine, but was personal at the same time. Quite impressive. The interviews with employees were straightforward. 30 minutes of grilling, followed by 15 minutes of questions. They did a pretty good job asking questions, but I left feeling like I didn't have a decent understand of the day-to-day work that the job required. A more collaborative back-and-forth process would have been much more helpful, especially if they were trying to get a sense of how I worked on a regular basis. More role-playing would have been super helpful.
