recruiter screening -> 1:1 with hiring manager -> virtual on-site (4-5 rounds of 1:1s) The recruiter didn't know much about the role and repeatedly gave the wrong info on what teams will the role be working with. The recruiter also struggled to provide any real example of what their culture looked like in employees' everyday life. The total comp package is just OK. Stock + base is on par with the base pay of what some of the other companies are offering.

Had the initial recruiter screening, interview with a hiring manager, another call with recruiter to prep for the group interview, then did the 4-hour group interview plus presentation, then did one more interview with a different hiring manager. Got ghosted by the recruiter after being in touch regularly for over a month. Very disappointed in how they treat their candidates.
