I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HubSpot (Boston, MA) in Jan 2016
Interview
1 phone call. 1 in-person interview with the head of product. 4-hour interview with 6 people. Most of the people I talked to are pretty smart especially developers. Some product designer are ok but not so impressive. It's kind of wasting my time because based on my portfolio, they should already be aware of my skills but the position they are hiring is not matching, which I only got to know in the last interview. So there is no surprise that I didn't get the offer.
