HubSpot Manager, Customer Success interview questions

The interview process was intense yet reasonable. Multiple phone calls, phone role plays, and finally multiple people onsite interviews. They are truly looking for those that fit the culture. They communicate with you throughout the interview process and will contact you if they decide not to proceed.

Overall, this process was incredibly smooth! Shout out to Johanna on the recruiting team for being so transparent and helpful as I moved through each step. In addition, the team was very open to providing feedback throughout the process which was super helpful as well.
