Interview
It didn’t mention in the email but I was in a group interview, there was roughly 12-15 people in our group and there was a range of “exercises” from independent to group. The first they did was give us a piece of paper and asked us to draw what we like and things about us. You then had to share that with everyone. This group interview took 1 hr and 30 mins.

At one point they went around the room and asked every two random quick fire questions mine were: What’s your fashion sense like? You see a colleague being rude to a customer what do you do? A question they ask at the start is: What do you know about H&M?

I applied online. I interviewed at H&M (Dundalk) in Mar 2026
Interview
It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
