They asked me a couple of questions like, "have you ever been late" or "what happens when you have nothing to do?". The 2nd interview asked more questions about my previous jobs and what were my greatest strengths and weaknesses.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
