Three rounds of interviews with different members of the team. All interviews were a mix of structured questions and discussion. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Really good feedback given at every stage. Direct and honest discussion.
It was a very typical interview process, with human management, hiring manger, skip manger, team members. Both behavior and related technical question were asked. Some questions were easy, but some were very hard.

They moved very quickly through several rounds of in person and remote interviews. Everyone was friendly and only some of the questions were of the "test" type that were a little more stressful. Overall everyone was quite friendly. I received an offer within a week of my last interview, but the financials were way below market so I had to decline. Disappointing that they pay so poorly - they must get the worst candidates who are desperate for work.
