GSK Procurement - Future Leaders Programmer interview questions

Called to schedule a phone interview about a month after application and online psychometric test. Phone interview was about 30-45 minutes and mostly competency based questions. Final assessment centre about another month from phone interview. Full day assessment with 2 group discussions, 1 interview, 1 role play and 1 presentation. Assessors tried to make everyone feel at ease to lighten the tension.
