Invite for Video Interview roughly 3 weeks after deadline - question about chosen department, and competency questions. Assessment Centre invitation roughly 2 weeks later - which took place over two days - all accommodation and travel paid for by GSK. First afternoon was not assessed and gave an introduction to GSK, and opportunity to meet current graduates informally. Following day 9am - 5pm, involving various group tasks, presentation, role play, interview based on case study provided day before. Heard unsuccessful a week later, feedback provided but not many points given on how ti improve.
