The application process is split into 5 sections. 1) application form 2) world of GSK assessment, where they see your value 3) GSK life assessment, where you go through scenarios and respond with a mixture of interactive and video responses 4) Hackerrank, where they assess your technical skills 5) assessment centre
I had the online simulation, went through a few situation questions, some calculation, write a summary and then some standard consulting questions. they only give you a short time to record each video, so that could be quite stressful
