Question 1
Describe a situation where you asked for feedback.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GSK in Jan 2020
Interview
Headhunted by GSK Talent. Accepted a 30 min call scheduled with the recruiter that turned into an hour conversation. We got on well and the job was pitched to me as ideal for me based on my background. Next stage was to have a hiring manager interview on site within the next two weeks. But heard nothing further and the recruiter, once warm and highly responsive, refused to reply or acknowledge me. Six weeks later I got a rejection email from HR saying thanks for your application but other candidates were more suitable - despite GSK talent management chasing me and completing the application on my behalf. Quite a strange situation given my match of experience to the role and them headhunting me. Does not show the company nor their HR dept in a good light.
