GSK Account Receivable Executive interview questions

Interview process was long and quite complex with many specific questions and an excel text in the end with a panel of two persons (Team leader and Manager). The excel text was to establish knowledge of v-look up. There was also a language test towards the end of the interview with one of the co-worker to be with a short role play on a possible customer call complaining about some rejected riba's.
