The interview process at Sitel consists of a prescreening, skills and aptitude testing and a face to face onsite interview , drug screen and background check. If you are applying for our work at home roles you will be asked to attend a virtual career fair where you will complete a prescreening as well as skills testing, PC and network diagnosis testing and background check and drug screening.
