I felt very comfortable in the interview. I was asked typical customer service questions such as describing a difficult situation with a customer or what good customer service means to me.

Describe a situation in which the client was very angry and I managed to calm him down and give him a solution.
Two conversations, then an english test (for non natives), then a typing speed test and all that for a sallary of 45.000 RSD which is below average for the position, the HR recruiter is horrible
