there is a pre assessment test and then video interview where basic 5 questions were asked on different situations. and then final interview where one or two questions are asked. its pretty much easy process to get through it.

Great. It was a longer process than I thought it would be but was worth the effort put forth. It does require access to a webcam and internet speeds that are greater than the basic package. But, the benefits and pay are well worth it.
