Posted Video interviews then did a meet with a recruiter over zoom, so no human interaction on a one on one level until they were set to hire, with conditional letter for all the background and onboarding to come back. Receive an email the day before i start (waited 2 weeks for this position to start) they tell me there is an issue so no go. Literally 3 weeks later have not heard or anyone has responded, so interview is non existent but make sure you have no issues in background or they blanket ban.
