El proceso de la entrevista fue muy fluido, muy amable quien te hace la entrevista y si no logras alcanzar el nivel de inglés requerido y solo te falta un poco tienes la opción de entrar a la academia de idiomas por un mes y ya luego hacer la entrevista final.

Preguntas sobre tu experiencia laboral si tienes, dónde estudiaste el inglés y básicamente todo lo relacionado con tus estudios y al final un juego de roles dónde el entrevistador hace de cliente y tu de agente y pues debes saber manejar un hipotético caso no importa que no tengas experiencia, solo es demostrar como resolver la inquietud o solicitud del cliente en inglés toda la entrevista y el juego de roles. Al final te dicen si pasaste, el puntaje en porcentaje % y ya te felicitan.

Smooth video interview, tricky questions sometimes but overall ok, some games to play to verify your abilities. Process a bit long but can understand as I applied during festive season so management was going on holiday.
