I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foundever (Manille, ) in Mar 2013
Interview
just the same as the other companies. same questions. same processes. sometimes they ask out of the box questions, but it's not as hard as you think. for people who have been to a lot of interviews, this would be easy. for a fresher, it's the best place for you to start.
I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever (Pasig City) in Sep 2017
Interview
I passed an application online then receive an invitation for assessment and interview at their recruitment site. It's not so good experience because the process took whole day, but thankfully they provide food for their applicants so ok. But I guess I'm still lucky because I passed and got a job offer, unlike others who stayed for so long then at the end of the day did not get hired.
