Question 1
Name a time you had a difficult customer and what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Foundever in Jul 2023
Interview
Very informal and easy. They asked no technical questions, it was a video chat with 3 people and then we were placed in breakout rooms and spoken to individually. After the interviewer spoke to us individually, I was offered the job on the spot. Very Quick.
It was a fast, easy, impersonal online group session, followed by a one on one interview which was more conversational oriented around the job in which the interviewer asked about my ability to meet the remote requirements.
