Es una entrevista breve (15-30 minutos) donde valoran tu forma de comunicarte, tu orientación al cliente y si cumples con los requisitos del puesto (idioma, turnos, competencias...). En campañas internacionales, te pueden hacer parte de la entrevista en otro idioma (por ejemplo, francés o inglés).

Interview was easy and chill. A lot of "assesments" like language test, customer service test. Recruitment are nice and easy to talk to. Badly organised. Recruitment uninformed if the actuality of the job and what will happen in training.
