Interview
The interview is very quick and easy. They put no pressure on you and talk to you like you are family. They usually get back to you within a few days to a week.

Easy and straight forward, they ask you questions based on what you would do in certain senerios and how you would handle customer interactions easy if you are able to come off confident

How I would handle situations if an employee wasn’t contributing to the team.
Trail Shift shows a day in their life. Observing if you have active communication skills and how quickly you pick up things. Ask for previous work experience and how you can contributed to the team.
