Interview
They called me a day after I applied and asked me to come in for a trial shift for a few hours. I sat with the GM first and answered some questions about availability and then changed into uniform and began the shift. He showed me how to do the toppings, stocking the drink machine and making the patties and then gave me a free meal at the end before saying I had “unofficially” got the job and just had to wait on a phone call.

Interview
Trial shift for 2 hours. Shown around various parts of resturant. Shown how to clean the resturant and how to make the food, focusing on preparing and dressing the burgers.
Interviewer asked me basic questions about myself. She then talked about her experience working in the industry. The interview lasted about 15 minutes and was easy. Basically a get to know you type of interview.
A telephone call- asking if you handle pressure well and an example. Then asks the previous skills you bring from ur previous job, and what makes you stand out. Then an inperson interview with one question about customer service, and a 30 minute ‘day in the life’ where u cut some peppers and jalapenos
