Interview
Online application was straightforward. Received a phone call on the same day asking me when I would be available for a telephone interview. Telephone interview was straightforward and lasted about 15 minutes. Asked about CV and educational background, interest in FDM and what I knew about the company. Interview was successful and was soon emailed about attending an assessment day in their Dublin Office. I didn't attend assessment day as I would have been unable to support myself during the training.

They called me for an interview. After doing so research I noticed that you get locked into a contract for 2 years. You undergo training for a few months which is unpaid, then you get salary depending on when or if you get placed with a client. I asked them about the contract, and they danced around the question somewhat.

Interview
I applied for the business pathway and attended the assessment day, however I failed the assessments. I was quite gutted as I really wanted the position, when I asked for feedback they offered me to resist the tests, which when I did they said I would be more suitable for the technical pathway which was a lie as they just had loads of technical pathways to fill and didn't care about what you want. I know this is true as th same thing happened to my friends.
