I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Glasgow, Écosse) in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online, after one week I had a video interview. It's a bit awkward this type of interview because you have to talk to the camera. After a few hours they called me to arrange the assessment day. In the assessment day I had 3 quick-fire interviews with questions similar to video interview, Please notice that theses interviews are strength-based so can be tricky. Also I had a maths test. Make sure that you have revised long divisions and multiplications, pythagoras theorem, equations, fractions and powers (no calculator allowed but it's easy). After that I had an IT aptitude test and Venn diagrams test. The environment it's quite friendly.
