Interview
The whole interview was fairly informal. It lasted around 20 minutes. Basically an opportunity for them to know you better and want to make sure that you understand the role you are applying for. No trick questions. One or two competency questions and quite a lot on if you understand the role and the job nature, as the Business Analyst requires working in an investment bank environment.

Interview
There was a telephone interview which lasted about 15 minutes with one of the graduate recruiters. Fairly simple stuff and they give you feedback on how you have done. Next they offer you an assessment day. The assessment day is made up of a few presentations, three 5 minute interviews and then 2 exams. All really easy.
