FDM Group interview questions

Really easy interview. First 2 test about Maths and Logic, and then 3 5-minute interviews. The questions were easy as were based on strenghts rather than weaknesses. In addition to that, the typical questions about why FDM, etcetera.

I was contacted within 20 hours of applying for the position of Financial Consultant. I found it extremely strange that whilst on the phone the company, it appeared that they hadn't read my cv and were only concerned with meeting their own requirement e.g willing to work for the company for a minimum of two years etc..
