I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FDM Group (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied for the position on Sunday, and got an email on Monday to have a phone interview for Wednesday. First question on the phone interview, right off the bat, was what do you about FDM? Then basic what do you know about Java, why are you interested in technology, what was your major in college and how does it relate to your long term goals, will you be able to commit to the 2 year contract, etc. Also asked if aware about 2 year contract and being able to sustain yourself while training since you do not get paid during that time, and that there is no guarantee that after training you will be hired by a client right away. Phone call was about 20 minutes long. Next stage of interviews was assessment day but I turned this interview stage down because the contract wasn't for me at the time.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at FDM Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2015
Interview
10 Minute phone interview, I had applied for the IT graduate program but was informed I was not eligible because I did not have a 2.1 in my undergad and that the 1.1 in my MS.c did not suffice. Was offered an alternative role in which I am still interviewing for but will more than likely not take the job.
