Interview
There was a phone interview first with general questions conducted by HR. If the phone interview is successful, there is a second interview which is a full assessment day. The assessment day includes a introduction session, an aptitude test, math test, interviews in the morning. Lunch is provided. There is a set theory test in the afternoon.

Interview
A video interview, followed by an assessment day with three 5-minute interviews and three tests (aptitude, set notation and maths). The interviews are concerned with 1) Your degree and time at University, 2) FDM, 3) Business related questions, such as what do you think of organisational change etc.
