Interview
You are told to arrive early at around 8:45. Presentation starts at 9:00 where we introduce a little bit about ourselves. Afterwards they have people come in and explain a little bit about the company. After they finish, you go through a series of tests. The tests are base on logic and math arithmetic. If you had any experience with basic programming this part should be piece of cake. The last test they give you a Venn diagram set notation packet, that teaches you how to solve the problems. Lunch comes after, they had awesome sandwiches and I wish I had ate more. There are 3 interviews about 5 minutes each. Interviews were relatively straight forward. There is a technical, interpersonal, and, for lack of a better word, passion interview. After you are finish with the first interviewer, you rotate with the other applicants till you completed all three interviews.

Interview
The day started at 9am in the morning and kick started with a company presentation. Following on from there were three short interview by three different people. The rest of the day included the following three tests:
Maths test (basic GCSE), Venn diagram and notation test, Aptitude test.
The assessment centre last about 6 hours including breaks etc.

Interview
I applied trough job fair and just one hour after job fair I received a call from HR to book a telephone interview. The telephone interview was so easy and asked about my permit to work in Canada and my expected salary and my career goals. Then I received an email to confirm assessment day. The interview was first group based. 8 of us was on assessment day which was included of the presentation from HR, mathematical test, algorithm test, chart test. Then each of us had two face to face interview with technical and human resource of the company. I passed the technical interview but I think my lack of financial materials made me unsuccessful on behavioral interview. The day after assessment, I received an email notifying me that I am not a good match for Application support Analyst position due to the lack of commercial awareness.
