I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group (Londres, Angleterre)
Interview
After applying online:
In summary of the below I was accepted onto the consultant program after several interviews, but after being accepted onto the program I was then ghosted.
- I went through a couple of screening calls. These were fairly straight forward and just to get a general feel for my experience and suitability for the role.
- This was followed by three interviews.
- The first two took place on the same day. These were medium difficulty and whilst not hard, there were a few technical questions that would need to have some knowledge about project management processes to answer correctly.
- The Final interview was a few days later and involved preparing and giving a presentation.
I was then accepted into a consultancy program and received a congratulations and acceptance call and email.
Unfortunately this was the last I heard from FDM and I was effectively ghosted. I emailed my direct recruiter, and then a different recruiter. I left a phone message and made contact via the website contact form, but never heard anything further.
I lost about 4 weeks job searching assuming I would be starting a new role. This has never happened to me before and seems unprofessional (to say the least). My experience with FDM was all positive until I was offered a role, but unfortunately I would not recommend applying for any role with FDM.
