Two phone calls with the recruiter and followed up by one zoom interview after the phone interview passed. Phone interview are okay, the harder part to pass was the zoom interview.
3 short in person interviews regarding problem solving and current experiences. 1 interview was case studies and how you would deal with it. You just gave a short description of how you deal with conflicts in the workplace etc.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FDM Group (Sydney) in Nov 2023
Interview
1) Phone interview.
2) Online aptitude test: a simple pseudo-code test.
3) Video interview: it was similar to phone interview but you can see each other.
4) Type a supporting statement: why you want to be in the program/IT industry.
5) Assessment Centre (online): 3 hours long. An overview of FDM Group followed by your technical & strength-based interviews which was around 20 minutes each. Time spent mostly listening to their overview and waiting for your turn to be interviewed
