FDM Group FDM Graduate Program interview questions

1) Phone interview. 2) Online aptitude test: a simple pseudo-code test. 3) Video interview: it was similar to phone interview but you can see each other. 4) Type a supporting statement: why you want to be in the program/IT industry. 5) Assessment Centre (online): 3 hours long. An overview of FDM Group followed by your technical & strength-based interviews which was around 20 minutes each. Time spent mostly listening to their overview and waiting for your turn to be interviewed

Two phone calls with the recruiter and followed up by one zoom interview after the phone interview passed. Phone interview are okay, the harder part to pass was the zoom interview.
