Interview
Six interview meetings with various internal groups. Seemed to be going very well. The person that I would be working for seemed to be a good fit. HR was final meeting. I was then advised that I didn't have enough of a tech background. Since I was working for a very similar company in the same job, it must have been something else, but I was not provided any specifics.

Question 1
The first meetings had many technical questions, which seemed to go well. The final meeting with HR seemed to be a very casual meeting, which appeared to be more of an analysis of personality fit. This was difficult to determine what was being evaluated.

Interview
Initial interview over phone pretty standard. Was then interviewed by the Hiring Manager. Good detail about position and what they were looking for and needed. Questions were specific about experience and such.
