one short coding assessment, half a day coding challenge and then three hours interview with 3 different people. Good communication throughout the whole process with a personal contact. Did not get an offer after the interviews but that was clearly communicated by phone with a reason.

The recruiting process was made entirely online, during Covid-time, composed o multiple steps:
- coding test, takes from 1.5 to 3 hours
- Kaggle challenge, made by many people simultaneously, 6 hours in total
- other multiple future steps, like personal interviews (I have not arrived here...)

- easy SQL: basic query with JOIN and WHERE
- medium/hard machine learning: Python notebook for doing data exploration, cleaning and modelling
- online Kaggle challenge: data cleaning and machine learning modelling for implementing "learning to rank"
Online coding assessment, hr phone interview, and 3-hours on-site interviews. Everyone is very nice, and you can get information about how to prepare before each interview. The on-site interview has three rounds, and you will speak to a different person about a product-related question in each round.
