I applied, I got a follow-up a couple weeks later asking some basic logistical questions about work eligibility/pay, etc and then a request to do an introductory call. I provide them with answers (which they don't disclose the target range for the role I was going for and the range I shared with them was pretty reasonable). Over a week goes by where I follow up a couple times to connect. I get a message from the recruiter saying they are currently interviewing candidates and to thank me for my interest in Expedia. Uh.....pretty sure you asked to meet first, go radio silent, and then suddenly your pool is too full? Come on man.
You could make the process easier for both parties if you just ask those questions in the application itself, make a decision on a candidate, and then send a calendar link. This just left me with a bad impression of your hiring practices.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Londres, Angleterre) in Jun 2024
