4-stage interview, plus external recruiter with constant positive feedback from them. After 6 months in the process and being asked to wait for them as they were very happy with my interview, I discovered by prompting the external recruiter that the position had been put on hold. It's a complete waste of time, and zero respect for the candidate. Possibly a ghost job from the start. Don't bother!
