Epicor Software interview questions

The interview happened on 10th Oct 2017. The interview went smooth and there was no updates from them for long. On 30th October, there was an update that i am selected but in hold. They put in me dilemma for around 1 month and was not responding. It was really frustrating and unprofessional HR people whom i have ever seen.

had a phone conversation with the HR Manager, then put forward to meet with the hiring manager, and subsequent key influencers of the role. which included 4 different interviwers. then I was kept waiting for next steps for several weeks and asked for a reference. then I was asked to come in again to meet with additional people which was around 6 people. It then took them another 1-2 weeks to tell me I was not successful in securing the role.
