Epicor Software interview questions

I had 4 levels of interviews- Initial was Tcon and rest 3 are F2F Onsite interviews were with Senior TA Adviser, it was more above my current day to activities including Talent mapping and how I have worked on LinkedIn and other job portals. Manager round was more into cultural and managerial questions, explain a situation where you struggled and how did you cop up with it and how did you get along with team and all. Finally TA Manager informed me - you'll be having final VP round and will inform you 10 days later (coz long weekend), later I emailed about the next step/feedback, still no one informed me anything, just waste of time and no professionalism.

HR contacts you first via phone to see your english skills. Then if you pass they will book you another interview. Then in about a week or less, they will let you know (could be less if they really need to fill the position).
